Josh and I met with Matt Grace and Kelly Grace for the first time in December 2017. We knew there would be no other consideration in who would build our home from the very moment we walked into theirs. Matt Grace Construction has recently helped my husband and I remodel our 20 year old home. We have been very pleased with the quality of work and the timeliness of Matt’s responses to our questions and inquiries. The first job was to remove a small existing screened in porch. It was replaced with a larger all season room which also included an Eze-Breeze system. The second job was to turn a small sitting room into a walk-in closet. Both jobs exhibit quality workmanship. I teach children with disabilities in Beaufort County and class was in Wendy’s for lunch.
I believe two other customers were employees of Grace Construction. One of the men
approached me to ask if he and his friend could purchase a frosty for each
child. I did not get their names (I think that I was in shock). I wanted you to
know how special and considerate these two employees were and how they
represented themselves and your company. My assistant even mentioned how they
jumped up from the table to open the door for the ladies coming into the
restaurant. These kind acts mean a lot to me, my assistants and the parents of
my students. If you are able to figure out which two employees it may have
been, please express my gratitude once more for their thoughtfulness.

at John Small Elementary School. I am a teacher at John Small, so I am appreciative
